WHOLESALE RETURNS & CLAIMS

As wholesale purchases are made for resale, all orders are considered final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If you have any concerns with your order, we kindly ask that you notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt, including clear photographic evidence and proof of purchase, so that we may review and assist you as promptly as possible.
All claims are subject to review and must be approved in writing prior to any return being authorised.
Where a return is approved, items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Once received and assessed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a credit note for future orders.
PRICING
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Shipping and handling costs are additional and will be calculated at checkout.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
