What is your Teaware made from?
All Teaware and High Tea Accessories are made from vegan-friendly New Bone China, with every piece hand-painted or trimmed in 24ct gold.
What is New Bone China?
New Bone China is a type of China that, unlike the Traditional Bone China, contains calcium oxide instead of animal bone ash. This makes New Bone China a great vegan option that is also finer, whiter and more durable than standard Bone China.
Where do you ship to?
We currently we ship nationwide within Australia and Worldwide.
Where is your warehouse located?
All Cristina Re orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please visit our Shipping and Returns page to obtain all information pertaining to the delivery of your order.
What does my order come packaged in?
Every Cristina Re Teaware item is packaged in our signature pink gift box. Designed to be cherished for a life time.
Do you do returns or exchanges?
Please note we do not offer refunds or accept returns. However should you wish to exchange any piece due to change of mind, you will be required to cover the cost of freight to have it sent back to us, as well as the freight to have your new pieces sent to you.
My order is damaged, what do I do?
If any pieces within your order have arrived to you damaged, please contact customersupport@cristinare.com as soon as possible so it can be assessed by a member of our team. If your order appears to have been damaged in transit, we will require photographs in order to determine the cause.
Does Cristina Re sell wholesale?
We do indeed sell wholesale and are stocked in over 1000 stores worldwide. Should you wish to stock and sell Cristina Re product, please contact info@cristinare.com or send a Wholesale Enquiry via our website under the ‘Contact’ section.
What the care instructions for your Teaware?
We recommend that you hand wash all products where possible with warm soapy water. Do not place any teaware in the microwave.
I’m having trouble placing an order, who can help me?
Should you experience any difficulties when attempting to place an order via our website, please feel free to contact customersupport@cristinare.com and a member of our team will be able to assist you.
I’ve placed my order but my shipping details are incorrect, what do I do?
If you have entered your details incorrectly upon checkout and wish to have these amended, please contact customersupport@crisitnare.com immediately so a member of our team can amend the details before your order is processed and distributed. Please note, if you incorrectly enter any details and do not request to amend them, we are not held liable.
Can I change my order once it’s been placed?
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to amend, alter or cancel any of the pieces or contents within the order.
How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from Cristina Re that shall contain your order number. If you do not receive this email but you have still been charged, please contact customersupport@cristinare.com and a member of our team will look further into your order.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Cristina Re accepts VISA, MasterCard and PayPal. Please note we do not accept AMEX.
How do I use a promotional code?
Promotional codes can be applied at the checkout, and will be applied to your order before you reach the final stages of confirmation so that you are able to confirm the discounted price prior to ordering. Promotional Codes are not valid during seasonal sales.
Are my details kept safe?
Cristina Re is committed to ensuring your personal information is collected, used and held in accordance with the the Privacy Act 1988, the National Privacy Principles and general law. All information obtained in regards to your personal details is held safely and kept confidential. Should you require any additional information in regards to your privacy, please visit our Privacy Policy.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes on my order?
Cristina Re is not liable for any additional duties or taxes that your country may require you to pay in order to receive your order. We recommend confirming your customs and border protection rules and regulations prior to ordering, as we do not cover such fees or liaise with international customs in regards to releasing your order.
