How It's Made
Since the brand’s conception in 1997, it has been Cristina’s ambition to not only produce luxury items of the highest quality that are unique and original, but to build an ethical and sustainable business that has a positive impact on the communities that we source from, our stakeholders and the environment.
Striving to continuously improve upon our processes, we are proud to have established long term partnerships with key, certified suppliers whom are continuously working with us to be conscious of our people and our planet.
Driven by delivering innovative, original products made of the finest raw materials and with high luxury finishes, it is of the upmost importance that we deliver Australian designed products from an Australian owned and operated business, staying true to our origins.
All of our teaware is lovingly hand-made, incorporating up to 16 unique steps in the making process including hand painting in 24 carat gold finishes with our most luxurious ranges, to ensure that our products are made of the finest quality and stand the test of time. We also offer ‘New Bone China’, a vegan friendly method of production and alternative to the traditional bone china whilst still maintaining it’s beautiful finish and aesthetic.
As the company continues to grow, we aim to continue finding ways for innovation and social improvement to do business successfully and respectfully. It is our priority to guarantee that all of those we connect with are positively impacted by our business, including the numerous charities and organisations we align with. We are proud to have worked with a not-for-profit service provider for all of our 3PL needs over the last 15 years, providing employment for people with intellectual or developmental disability.
